Kelp Meal Fertilizer

Algamin Kelp Meal is a rich organic source of nitrogen and potassium. Algamin is fresh-cut Norwegian seaweed slowly, mechanically dried, cleaned, desalted and ground into dust-free meal.

It also contains the trace minerals important to good plant health, such as calcium, magnesium, sulfur, vitamins, amino acids plus plant hormones. Algamin Kelp Meal works well for both indoor and outdoor gardening.

Directions:
House Plants: Per 6 inch pot, use 1 teaspoon bi-monthly

Transplanting container plants: Mix 1 tablespoon per gallon size to soil or soil mix.

All flowers, shrubs, fruits and vegetables:

    New planting: Spread evenly 1 cup per 100 square feet when preparing beds. Till down about 6-12 inches, thoroughly water, let sit overnight before planting.

    Established plants: Side dress with 1 cup per 100 square feet. Carefully work into soil and around plants. Thoroughly water.

    Trees: Use 1/2 lb. per inch diameter (4" trunk use 2 lb.. of kelp meal). Broadcast around dripline area of tree.

    Lawns: Evenly spread 5 lb. per 100 square feet. Spread with 2 wheel spreader or broadcast by hand.
