BioHume Humic Acid

Humic Acid is a liquid product derived from decayed organic matter (humates). It has a high cation exchange capacity which serves to chelate (collect) plant food elements and release them as the plant requires. The chelation process holds the nutrients in the soil solution and prevents their leaching and runoff humic acids will improve humus content in the soil for better tilth, water and nutrient retention, and soil aeration. Seed germination and plant root and top growth are enhanced.
Application Rates:
Wheat, barley, corn, Soybeans, splets, beans, alfalfa, seed crops, trees, vines, cole crops, melons, tomatoes, peppers, and all mixed vegetables.
Preplant:
BioHume may be applied with liquid fertilizers or sprayed on dry fertilizers. When used in conjunction with liquid fertilizers use 2 pints of BioHume per acre and add the liquid fertilizer solution. When used in dry fertilizer, spray 2 pints of BioHume to assure proper coverage. Following the joint application of dry fertilizers and BioHume, work both in the soil to the proper depth.
Time of Planting:
When used in the seed bed with water or starter fertilizer, use 1 pint BioHume per acre.
Side Dress:
Use 2 pint of BioHume per acre with water or combine with the liquid fertilizer.
Transplant Water: (Vegetables, Cole Crops, Trees, Vines)
Combine 1 pint of BioHume per acre with the transplant water. Note: BioHume may be combined with the liquid starter fertilizer.
Turf:
Foliar spray 1/2 oz of BioHume per 3,000 square feet every 30 day during the growing season.
