Biocontrol Network ships all live insects via Next Day or Second Day Air. During the hottest months of the summer, it may be necessary to use Overnight Express in order to insure live delivery.
For mixed orders (including both beneficials and other products) up to 5 lbs. use beneficial insect shipping chart to calculate shipping charges.
For mixed orders 5 lbs. and greater, you will receive 2 shipments. Please use both charts to determine your shipping costs.
Whenever possible, hard goods under 5 lbs will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail.
For AK, HI and overseas shipments, call for shipping charges.
It takes two days for most orders to be cleared for shipment. We ship live product on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (2nd Day), and Thursday (Overnight) only.
